#1 PIANO

Piano Section

The piano group is a technical center that mainly takes charge of engineering for machining operation. In this group, which is the start of machining operation, we will use 3D CAD, 3D CAM, etc. to bring the image of the product closer to the designed shape.

The piano group works in a fun atmosphere where you can make jokes.　The member I am particularly proud of is Mr. Tanaka, my boss.　A former programmer, he is a very reliable member with knowledge and experience.

#2 VIOLIN

Violin Section

This section, which has many craftsmanship employees due to the large amount of manual work, requires delicate adjustments for each product.　We will gain experience and inherit more accurate technology.

#3 VIOLA

Viola Section

This section has a high degree of specialization such as simultaneous machining of 5 axes, and many large machines are available.　Since one mechanic often operates multiple machine tools, it is essential to achieve both efficiency and accuracy.

#4 CONTRABASS

Contrabass Section

Many large machine tools are in operation in the contrabass section, and large parts are machined. The maximum size of a machineable part is 3 meters wide and 8 meters long.
Many craftsmanship members are studying processing technology every day, and we are confident in the quality of our products.

#5 HORN

Horn Section

The specialty of this department is assembly and adjustment work. We also perform scraping (work to finely scrape a flat surface), which is difficult for machine tools to perform.

#6 TIMPANI

Timpani Section

We inspect and check workpieces using 3D measuring equipment and laser trackers.　Since the inspection results fluctuate due to temperature changes, we work in the special room where the temperature and air conditioning are controlled 24 hours a day.

#7 HARP

Harp Section

The robot arm automatically changes workpieces.　24 hours a day operation is possible.
