sight" in November 2008!!
We exhibited a prototype of our Automatic floor washer,
which is still under development.
We decided to display this product-under-development
because we wanted to demonstrate a new product which highlights
our 5S activities!

2008.11. We committed to introduce the Vertical machining
center KITAMURA Mycenter-4XiF.
High-precision, high-rigidity, and high-speed advanced
machining center. It provides stellar performance in the
field of aerospace-fabrication!!!

CADAM.
For the strengthening of our top-notch design department!

2006, 12. Equipped the Horizontal Machining center with
a MAKINO A99E.
This is a double-sided pallet changer which operates
up to 12,000-rpm with an 800 pallet capacity.

2006, 3. Equipped our 5-Axis Machining center with a
MAZAK VARIAXIS 730.
This is a 5-axis machine, with a double-sided pallet
changer, which operates up to 10,000-rpm, with a 500 pallet
capacity.
Along with this change, we have also installed 3DCAM-MASTERCAM.
STEP, parasolid, IGES and more data can be worked on
in 5 axis'.

- We have worked to enhance our quality control system in
accordance with our customers' needs, and have strengthened
our new facility.
- ○5-axis fabrication machine (OKUMA MCM) 5000×3000×700mm.
- ○Horizontal CNC Boring Machine (TOSHIBA MACHINERY BTD-110R16)
2000×1500×1450mm
- ○ 3D measuring machine (MITSUTOYO BR-V507) min. measurement
range: 0.0005mm,
accuracy: U3=(4+5L/1000)μm.
- ○ Linear Height (MITSUTOYO LH-600) measure stroke 0-972mm,
minimum increment amount: 0.0001mm, accuracy: U3(2+L/600)μm
- We completed a dust-free assembly area to meet the stringent requirements
of our semiconductor-related equipment.
- We achieved ISO9001 certification in 1997. At the same time,
we kicked off our "5S" program, which is aimed at further
improving our assembly quality.
- We began an innovative new product development project.
Each member of every department, from Procurement, CAD and
Manufacturing, through to Assembly and Setup, is actively
working to make this project a success.
