In order to respond to semiconductor and medical use equipments’ needs,
we can load 50% of assembling plant from inside of dust free room into
a large trailer by hanging.

The transportation is easy because a battery type forklift (2t) and a reach
fork (0.6t) can enter.
Because LAN hubs are installed inside the dust free room, we can link to
TCP, UDP/IP enabled application, and control device. |

This dust free room is for 2.8t crane operation.
It is also possible to use a forklift to carry in and out.

The 4000 * 2500 surface plate is installed in dust free room.
Lifting height of the crane is 6m.
